Based on the size of your community, our team will assess your commercial property, identify problem areas, and provide tailored solutions to address or eliminate pet waste issues. For smaller properties or known problem areas, we can offer an accurate quote without a site visit. However, we’re always happy to visit in person to ensure the best recommendations for your needs.

Official Recommendations
After gathering all necessary information and completing a site visit, our team will provide a complimentary pet waste management plan tailored to your property. This plan will include recommendations for dog waste station placements, the square footage of common areas requiring manual cleaning, and the optimal service frequency to effectively manage and reduce pet waste in your community.

Starting Services
Our pet waste management proposals offer multiple options to accommodate different budgets. Once you choose the best fit for your community, simply approve the proposal, and our team will schedule your service. If your property requires dog waste station installations, we will coordinate utility line locates and order the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth setup.

Our common area cleaning service goes beyond dog waste removal—we also pick up any small trash that fits in our scooping buckets. If your service includes dog waste station maintenance, our team will remove waste, replace bags, report any vandalism or damage, and clean a 10-foot area around each station during every visit.
