After you sign up for services, a Pup Cleanup representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the process.

Attach Payment Method
Billing takes place on the 1st of each month before services begin. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is enabled, Pup Cleanup will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. You can also access your payment records in the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be suspended.
